Hysto/ Laparoscopy

I'm 24 and scheduled to have a hysto/ laparoscopy. I'm having uterine polyps removed, checking for endometriosis and checking my right tube for disease. If they find it is diseased they want to remove it right then, I already had my left removed after an ectopic pregnancy. My RE is really pushing

so I'm worried he is just going to remove the tube even if its salvageable so I'm forced into

if I want to have children. Has anyone been in this situation? Or just have advice for me? In the ideal world I would like the surgery but refuse the tube removal regardless of what he sees.
