Should I disregard today's BBT? Please help!!
Today's BBT was an hour before normal bc I woke up and couldn't fall back asleep but my room was also colder than normal and I slept with a fan pointed at my face and a cold rag on my head bc I was hot. My temp was lower than normal but I think all of the factors above played into it. Should I disregard this reading?
