Is it normal to feel so depressed in the first trimester?

I cried allot my 1st trimester. Between the nausea and food aversions I missed food so damn much 😂 I never thought I was going to feel better. I constantly was thinking "wtf do women do this more than once?!" 2nd trimester has been the best; lots of happy, energy, and eating. We just started into our 3rd trimester and the nausea and depression have come back, but in a much more mild version.

The first trimester is a bit of a miserable time. You are thrilled to be pregnant and growing new life but the awful side effects have you feeling like crap, not to mention the rollercoaster of hormones your body is trying to get used too.

Try to do something to lift your spirits, its no good for the baby. Things will get better.
