Whats your gym routine?


Im looking to lose at least 40lbs. What have you done at the gym to help you lose weight? Ive recently started going to the gym but honestly Im not really sure what Im doing. I feel like Im not doing enough.

I am also starting to diet as of this week too, so Im mainly looking for some gym tips. I wanna focus on losing weight first, then when I get to a happy place I want to focus more on toning up.
