I just got my Day 1 fertilization report and I’m stunned, in a good way! At the time of trigger I only had one mature follicle (21mm) the next biggest was 15mm and then several in the 7mm-11mm range. My E2 was just 487. My doctor said he thought the 15mm would mature by retrieval and trust him. To everyone’s surprise, I had 10 eggs retrieved and 8 were mature! 6 have fertilized. I’m 41 so this is a very good result for me. It just goes to show that this is a very unpredictable ride!
