Anyone else feel this way!?

Question

Is it just me or do other people just know when they are conceiveing their first child?  This is the first time I actually feel different after ttc with my man and I just feel different. Is that normal?   I'm not stressed I'm super chill I just feel different.  I don't know how to describe it.

The month I was able to conceive my first was the month I’d kind of given up. I had called a fertility specialist friend of mine and set up an appointment and my husband and I went on vacation instead of worrying about not drinking or exposing me to anything harmful in case I was pregnant. The day before my appointment with the fertility specialist, I missed my period and got my positive! I think for me it was because I finally relaxed. 
Our second we conceived on our first try and we weren’t really even “trying” but I’d gotten off birth control because we planned to start “trying” the next month. I wasn’t tracking ovulation or anything like that and we even used condoms around the dates when my ovulation app said I was likely fertile 🤷🏻‍♀️ It turned out to be such a blessing that I got pregnant when I did though because shortly after I got accepted to my dream graduate program to start next June, so this way little dude will be six months old before I start and I’ll feel more comfy leaving him with big sister and a nanny. But, needless to say, both conceptions were when I was relaxed and not worried about it.
