Yesterday afternoon my boyfriend and I were playing volleyball with a group of a friends, and after winning the round, my boyfriend decided to happy dance, FELL ON HIS ASS, HURT HIMSELF REALLY BAD. Had to call 911 for an ambulance. They said he slightly tore his quad and its badly bruised 🤯🤯😳😳😬😬😂😂😂

And we're trying to conceive, and these 3 days happen to be my highest ovulation days. **We're also using preseed**

Any advice of what we should do?

The doctor didn't say anything about not having sex, but I'm trying to figure out if I can be on top using preseed or laying straight down.
