Hydrosalpinx removal: can I conceive naturally?

Has anyone on here had one hydrosalpinx removed and was able to conceive naturally after the removal?

I’m asking because I’m having surgery in a week to have my left tube removed from a hydrosalpinx (fluid filled tube). I’ve tried to search Google to find stories on women conceiving naturally after having the procedure, but I have not found one. I mostly find articles about ivf. Is ivf my only option after a hydrosalpinx removal or can I conceive naturally?!
