My baby is 8 weeks tomorrow n all day today shes been crying. She only stops of she drinks milk or has her pacifier. Could she be teething already idk what to do. Is there anything i could buy too make her feel better. Im a ftm pls help.! N also she makes alot of noise when she sleeps like grunts n stuff is tht normal.? N she only sleeps fornlike 10 mins n then wakes up

Update: Idk if its gas but she only grunts when shes about to wake up. Idk why
