I do think it is absolutely possible.

Is it possible to love both of your parents? Is it possible to love all of your children? Is it possible to love some or all of your friends?
The answer is obviously yes. 
That extends to romantic love as well. Humans have an incredible capacity to feel all kinds of emotions. 
It’s not a zero-sum game. There isn’t a finite amount of love. Having a child doesn’t make a person love their partner any less.

Can you love multiple people, yes. Be IN love with multiple people, I think no.
Romantic love is something special, so I don’t think it can be distributed to multiple people at the same time.
