losing weight (i’m the one on the right)
I always want to lose weight but have absolutely no motivation to do it. i’m 16, 5’4 and 185 pounds. I’ve learned to like my body thanks to my boyfriend but i just want to lose still. I’m not at a healthy weight or atleast i don’t think i am. Any tips or specific diets i should try. other than the obvious eating healthy shitn i need SOME KIND OF MOTIVATION to do something. i just keep gaining. :(
