Melasma

Hi! I was diagnosed with Melasma a few weeks ago. I wanted to reach out to anyone else that has it because I have a few questions, so when I wipe above my upper lip I have yellow discharge on the wipe, is that normal for it to wipe off? Soon as I wipe it off it comes right back within minutes. I can’t find anything on google or other forums that talk about it wiping off.

Also was wondering what you use to control yours? I haven’t found any solution yet and getting frustrated with it.
