Feeling baby?

I'm 9 weeks with baby number 4 and I'm feeling fluttering on the middle of my stomach, doesnt feel like gas movements/bubbled
Is this possible to feel baby this early?

I didn't think it was but who knows, I'm no doctor. I'm on # 4 as well and only have cramps and dizziness along with excessive urinating. It's making me nervous that I really don't have symptoms.
