I have the iud copper how long do you think it would take to get pregnant?

My oldest was 5 when our second son was born. For me the age gap is a good one as your older child more independent and understanding when you have to deal with baby. We only had jealousy issue for a the 1st couple weeks while oldest got used to sharing me. The age gap hasn’t really shown it self with my boys, as my oldest always been willing to play with his little brother. They 9 & 4 have such a strong bond my oldest reads to his little brother in bed (they share a room), when he’s upset oldest is straight there giving him cuddles, it’s the same when oldest is upset youngest son always there for him. If our youngest doesn’t want to sleep alone he ask his big brother to get into bed with him and he does. 
They do argue at times but that’s siblings for you can’t be the best of friends all the time.lol when our daughter was born youngest son was 3.5yrs old and I found the age gap a little harder, as youngest son still wants my attention 24/7 but he’s gradually getting better at sharing me. He does love his little sister tho always wanting to give her cuddles and play with her she’s 7months.. oldest isn’t to interested in his baby sister all the time but that’s the age gap showing itself (9yrs) but he still loves on her when he wants to.

I got my copper iud taken out in January of this year and conceived in April. I thought it would happen faster but even with the non hormonal birth control, you body still needs to adjust.

The age of your children shouldn't be a sole determinant. You can be ready for another baby even if they are one years old

It took me.... a little under a year to get pregnant again after I took out my copper IUD. 
It took almost three months for my period to settle into any sort of pattern though, and then it took me five cycles to get a positive test- but my cycles are freaking 40 DAYS LONG UGH!! So it felt like it took way longer than it should have.
I am currently pregnant with number three and I have a five year old and a three year old that will be almost four by the time baby gets here. I think it’s perfect.
My five year old starts school this August, leaving me at home most of the day with the younger one and a newborn baby, something I’ve already done before so I am comfy with doing again.
Starting over can be hard, and I feel like I forgot everything I learned about taking care of a baby in the 20 months between my other two!!! So I’m expecting that this time around XD

That’s when I started trying again. Our kids are six and a half years apart. We had one miscarriage when trying to conceive and then got pregnant four months later and carried a baby to term. I LOVE the age gap. Totally a personal decision.

Honestly, I think it's too far. If I had planned my kids, they would have only been 1-2 years apart. Having 5 years difference is a lot and they'll more than likely be at two different points for most of their lives.

I myself think 5 years is a big age gap so I’d be trying right away lol. My kids are 2 years apart and baby #3 I’m hoping for 2-3 years apart again.
