Can I be pregnant if I have my period

Someone please help I’m on my 5th day of my period and I had sex I’d say 3days which was June 11th when I last had sex the app said I was low on pregnancy and I started my period June 14th and I had blood clots and blood that filled up a pad and a tampon but my 5th day of my period I feel bloated and nauseated and my weight will drop and gain too?
