My period has been super heavy the last couple of days. I have to change my pad about 5 or 6 times a day. And they are the really long ones, night time ones, or size 4. I had sex yesterday while on my period, could that be why? But I dont really have any cramps, I'm a little bloated, and have some diarrhea and a little bit of cramps but that's all. Does anyone know why it's so heavy?
