Hiya I’m due my period in two days iv had sore breast my nipples have bin stinging bin really tired more than usual ... I went to the toilet today and when I wiped I got this ... iv never had this before my belly hurts people have said it could be implantation bleeding can I have some advice please I really have had my hopes up sorry for the grim photo xx
