Just did my first bit of exercise

Since giving birth! I really want to work my way back to jogging but I know my body is to weak still. Just did some light exercise in my lounge and feel great! I only broke a small bit of sweat (I already had makeup on so didn’t want to go full hog😂) but I can feel it’s done something, baby is napping. Hopefully be jogging/walking In intervals by the time he’s 3 months! I’m 10 weeks now 😀
