Does a triphasic chart usually spike this sharply? Guess I have to wait until tomorrow. Nothing to explain the rise. I take temp every morning between 6 and 6:30, when I first wake up. My high progesterone symptoms (sore breasts) have been the worst this cycle. I likely ovulated at least 3 follicles.
