My son will be 5 months next week, he's been sleeping through the night since he was about 10 weeks old, he wasn't waking for a bottle or anything. He goes down around 8:30 and sleeps until 5:30. For about the past week he's been waking up at 3 because he rolls on to his belly and can't roll back so he gets frustrated and starts crying. I'll go turn him over and he goes back to sleep but then he keeps doing it every 20 minutes, I'm losing a lot of sleep and I'm so tired every day that I can barely function at work let alone take care of him after work. Any moms have any advice or tips, I've tried a few things and nothing seems to be working. I'm willing to try almost anything to get my sanity back. TIA ❤
