My husband and I hit the one year mark of TTC. We are both in our early 20s and very healthy. My periods are very regular and I track ovulation each month. After 12 cycles of actively trying, we have been unable to conceive. Not ever the faintest of lines. Our doctor put us both through the typical fertility testing. All results came normal and in a healthy range. This has left us with no answers and feeling more discouraged than ever. Now what? How can nothing be wrong?

Has anyone received the unexplained infertility diagnosis and conceived? Anyone have any insight
