Gas pains or cramps?
Ugh can’t tell the difference sometimes between extreme gas bubbles or cramping.... I’ve been really constipated so I’m assuming it’s gas pains? Nothing to worry about right?
Update- right after I posted this I found out it was definitely gas pains 😂
