any tips for pumping at work

As

hi! ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ

I am going back to work next week

after 16 weeks off ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

and I am trying to get all my ducks in a row. I have ordered 2 different sized flanges, and the 19mm are still too big! so my freaking nipples are sore!!

I'll have to go to the library today and print out the sizing chart, to figure out what size I actually need. I wonder if I need a 15mm or if the 17mm will work!

I'm going to be gone for 9 hours at work, so I have to pump every 2 hours.

I wish I had thought about this sooner!!!๐Ÿ˜

my right side is my over producer. it's big, produces a lot of milk. I definitely need to pump it. my left side is my under producer. I dont get a anything when i pump. So i use a Haakaa and get my 2- 3 oz that way.

Are there any tips you can throw my way, to make pumping at work an easy experience! would be super greatly appreciated ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I work at Walmart and they're giving me a room specifically for pumping.
