Is anyone else having anxiety when thinking about giving birth? This is my second child and I had my first vaginal with no meds. I thought this second time would be better because I know what to expect but I feel like it's the opposite and any time I think about it I'm getting anxiety. We just moved to Italy and I am planning on having another unmedicated birth. I know I need to relax and once my daughter is here I'll forget about it. I'm just hoping I'm not alone in this.
