I’ve been on the pill for almost 2 years now. My period is pretty regular (usually comes on Sunday) but also comes a day or two before or after. I had minimal brown spotting on Sunday and a mood swing but no other sign of Aunt Flo coming this way. I have been a little sick this week (cold, headache, fatigue) and had to double up on a pill last week due to forgetting it last Thursday. I haven’t had unprotected sex lately, I take my pill everyday usually in the same 2 hour time window and we also pull out. Should I be concerned about pregnancy yet??
