I’m 9 weeks post partum

I stopped bleeding at 2 weeks PP, got a normal period after.

I got the Mirena IUD on May 30th. My second period started June 6. It was normal 7-8 days but I’ve been spotting since and today it seems like my period is starting again! basically my app says I’m on day 13 of my period 🤦🏼‍♀️

Is this normal for post partum? I have an appt next week with my dr but not sure if I should call sooner...my body has always been sensitive with any sort of change so maybe I’m still healing from birth and now my body is balancing back out in addition to the Mirena? 🤷🏼‍♀️ any advice would help! FTM
