Why do you want to give your 3 month old cereal?

We gave our son rice cereal starting at 4 months per the ok from his doctor and him meeting every sign that he’s ready. Then we started solids at 6 months. Really shouldn’t give rice cereal before 4 months and then meeting all the signs of readiness.

Their digestive systems really can’t handle that right now stick to only milk for now

Six month olds can start with rice cereal. Oat cereal is better for them than rice cereal though so I’d start with that. Three months is too young to start any type of cereal or food other than breastmilk or formula. Call your pediatrician.

Talk to your pediatrician. Most don’t recommend rice or oatmeal until 6 months. Baby gets everything they need from formula or breastmilk.
