I'm 33 weeks and at my ultrasound today baby B WHO HAS BEEN HEAD DOWN FOR MONTHS flipped and is now breech. Since baby A is still head down and baby B smaller I was told I am still a candidate for a vaginal birth which is what I am really pulling for. I'm just looking to other twin mamas to see if they had any success having a vaginal birth when one started out breech. She still has time to flip but if she doesn't I'm not sure which route to take. I should add that they do not do breech births at our hospital. If she stays breech I would have to have one vaginally and a c section for the other.
