Help! Formula allergy?

I have a son who’s going to be a month old in 3 days. I’ve been using formula since he was 5 days old because my milk supply wouldn’t come in, and he can’t latch due to his tongue tie. Anyway, he’s been getting more and more fussy by the day- and it’s come to a point where he randomly will awake from a deep sleep, scream and then go back to sleep. He also spits up quite a bit after eating, and he recently has been projectile vomiting on me. He cries for at least 2 hours after feedings, then sleeps for an hour and wakes up hungry again. It’s come to a point where I’m not sure what to do- and the pediatrician keeps telling me since his weight gain is so “tremendous” that we can’t switch his formula. But he ONLY gets this way after eating.

Ive tried:

-gas drops

-gripe water

-excessive burping

-switching bottles, I’ve tried 3 different. I’ve tried premie bottles from doctor brown, playtex air flow, and Phillips Avent

-culturelle for babies

Nothing works so the only thing i can think of is switching the formula :( any ideas or formulas you recommend?
