37w 3cm dilated!!

I'm 37w with my second baby and as of today I am 3cm dilated and my cervix is super soft and ready. He is completely head down and engaged. I've alot of mucus come out this week and cramping. If I dont go on my own I'll be induced at 39weeks to prevent me from having a huge baby again. Anyone have this experience before and gone sooner than they thought? I am definitely ready my hips and pelvis hurt so bad and I've been doing PT to help since this last month 😩
