Anyone else having bladder issues?

Embarrassing and tmi but I’m only 14 weeks and already having issues peeing myself a little when I sneeze or cough... it’s only a little bit but still annoying and gross

Start pelvic floor exercises now would be my advice.... or you’re in a world of accidents after labor when it’s really bad.

I've had a terrible cold for the past week and the other day I was in the kitchen and sneezed and pissed myself! Haha

I've been peeing when I sneeze since 10 weeks. Obviously my pelvic floor muscles have seen better days. Kegels help!
