8 Hour Flight at 30 weeks?

I flew at 31 weeks for 13ish hours. My doctor gave me the okay. He told me to take baby aspirin the week leading up to the flight to prevent blood clots and to get up and walk around often

Flight attendant here 🙋‍♀️  Some airlines need doctor's letter if you've passed 27 weeks, in my opinion ask your doctor if you're able to fly, get any advice from your doctor on travelling, also ask for a letter indicating weeks of pregnancy and date of this letter shall not be more than 30 days from your departure date.

Wear compression socks or stockings, get up and walk around frequently, and stay hydrated! It makes a difference.

Sitting for a prolonged time increases the risk for thrombosis but I guess it should be OK if you're having a healthy pregnancy with no other risk factors, just check with Dr/midwife beforehand
