Engorgement
Hey mamas. My baby is a month old. I exclusively pump and bottle feed(he didnt latch well) and my nipples have been in tons of pain from pumping. I finally figured out it's because my attachment is too small for my nipples so I had to order a bigger one. It'll be here tomorrow. But for tonight how do i help ease the pain? I am still going to try and pump tonight but for less time.
