Anyone willing to share what their experience was with getting their tubes tied? Or some form a permanent birth control. How long was your healing time? And do you regret it or are you happy you had it done?

I’m 36 years old and I already have a four-year-old daughter. I would love to have more children but after considering my age and already having a hard time financially supporting one child, I feel it’s selfish of me to bring another child into this world.

I have tried every birth control but at my age the side effects are horrible after 6 to 8 months. I’m slowly coming to terms with accepting the fact that I should not have anymore children. What are your experiences with getting your tubes tied?
