Hello I’m a first time mom and I’m 38 weeks today. I had my appointment this morning. They checked me and I’m 1cm dilated and my cervix is soften. I haven’t had any contractions that I’m aware just some cramping that was manageable. Tonight as I’m laying in bed my lower abdomen gets achy/crampy like feeling. It will come and go, so I was wondering if these are contractions?
