Im a ftm and have no idea but the past 3 nights my baby has woken up around 4-5 and absolutely will not go back to sleep without rocking.. infact that's what I'm doing at this very moment

Yes. It’s called the “3 & 4 month regression”. Some babies start closer to 3 others closer to 4.

Pretty sure mine started at 10 weeks... and still fighting with this at 14 weeks.  He’s been up every 2 hours for a month at night.  🤡🔫
