I started having back pain and lower abdominal cramps around 7 am this morning and they just kept intensifying. I went in at 11 am and the pain was way too intense. I was 3.5-4 cm dilated and 70% effaced. Progressing pretty slow. At 3 pm, that’s when it started to progress. I had to have an epidural! I was dying. I finally got the epidural and I was in heaven and I went from 4-7 cm dilated real quick. Her heart rate was going nuts because I had like NO BREAKS. It was constant contractions! Come 6:30 I was ready to push. My water still hasn’t broke at this point. 6:35 Doctor ruptured my water and I pushed for 2 mins and she was here! Painful and some complications at first but she came so fast! My baby girl is here! We’ll see if she needs NICU tomorrow. She’s doing great so far! She’s 5lbs 9 oz and 19 inches! She arrived at 6:37 pm!
