Mine looks like that and the lactation consultant told me what size to use so idk! 🤷🏼‍♀️
I know picture say its too big but who am i to say otherwise? Idk. Does it hurt? Lol

When my baby breast feeds he gets the same amount of boob as does my flange(which looks like yours). I have very stretchy skin & big nipples I guess & my nipple is always bigger then how thin the rest of my boob gets. If I go down a size my nipple rubs & that can be painfull.
Try the different sizes since you have them & see which feels more comfortable & which you produce the most with(at the same time of day, different times a day you produce different amounts).. just my thoughts.

It looks too big. Try a smaller size so that way you don't have your whole nipple inside.

I didnt even know there were different sizes. Mine looks the same when i pump and sometimes it looks like it's hitting the end.
