And finally got an induction date. Baby boy has been measuring quite big and today my midwife said “you’re going to want to poke my eyes out, but I’m guessing he’s around 9 lbs. 12 oz!” Needless to say I’m quite shocked because both my husband and I were tiny babies, but at least he’ll have the cutest rolls! She said because he’s so big she doesn’t want me going over 41 weeks, so if he doesn’t come by the 25th, he’s getting evicted that night!

I’m a bit nervous because I really didn’t want to be induced, and she said my chances of needing a c-section are high, but I just feel better knowing we have a final date. So here’s to hoping these hips can handle a big baby and that most importantly, mom and baby are healthy!
