could i be further along than i think? first pregnancy

hey ladies, after trying for almost 2 1/2 years i just found out that i am expecting this past friday!!! me and my boyfriend are so over the moon 🥰 i was told i would never conceive naturally but here we are! glow predicts me at 6w1d as of today, but i’m wondering if i could in fact be further along than i think? my last period was weird, way wayyy lighter than normal but lasted longer than my normal periods as well. i have 28 day cycles and this “period” happened just two weeks after my previous one.

i have my first appointment tomorrow, i have hypothyroidism so they want to make sure everything’s okay. hope to hear my lil beans heartbeat ❤️
