Baby aveeno eczema!

Omg I'm heartbroken, my baby boy has bad eczema so we tried the aveeno baby eczema cream, HORRIBLE! He's 10X worse now than before!! He doesn't seem too bothered by it but it's hurting this mama!! Have him slathered head to toe in cocoa butter vaseline right now hoping that'll help him! Poor little pumpkin:(
