Should I go to the hospital?

I'm having really bad cramps it seems like, and sharp pains all up the sides of my stomach...
I keep feeling like I have to poop, but when I go to the toilet to try literally nothing comes out. 
I'm 39 weeks and 4 days.... 
Should I go to the hospital?

Can you time them? Can you walk and talk through them?

I ended up being able to sleep through the night. I woke up feeling like pure shit today though. 
Just seeing how the rest of the day is gonna play out.

Feeling of needing to poop can definitely be a sign. I’d go and be super detailed so they don’t send you home if they shouldn’t

Yes! I woke up in pain at 39 weeks thinking I had to poop, it was labor lol

The feeling of going to the bathroom is a sign of labor it wouldn’t hurt to go get seen
