I had a missed miscarriage back in April which ended in me having a D&C procedure as I was 9 weeks.

I was told yesterday that I am having another miscarriage. I am only 4 weeks. For the past 5 days I’ve had some brown spotting (which made me go to the hospital in the first place) and occasional red blood, but not much. I have had some abdominal discomfort but I wouldn’t call them cramps. I was just wondering if anyone else has lost a baby this early and what their experience was? Will there be less to ‘pass’ as I’m only 4 weeks or should I expect more pain/bleeding?
