Herpes

So I was recently diagnosed with herpes. Type two 😔. My old fuck buddy tried to tell me that he didn’t give it to me. The whole 2 months we were having sex he was also having sex with his baby momma and lying to me about it. Having raw sex with both of us. Well he caught gonorrhea from her and I ended up getting a basic bacterial infection. Is it possible that those two being combined could have created herpes?
