I had a natural MC on 10/18 & found out I was pregnant again on 11/19. I bleed for about a week. I’d say once you pass all the tissue that counts as CD1. I truly didn’t even think I ovulated that cycle as I didn’t have my normal ovulation signs. Currently 34w 💙 good luck sorry your going through this!

I had an early Mc, my levels were back to 0 very quickly. I counted the first day I started bleeding as day one and ovulated on cycle day 16 which is 2 days past my normal, currently 8 DPO and waiting to test.

Medical management was started on the 21st May, negative test 7th June, ovulated 10th/11th June, positive test this morning at 9/10DPO. It’s certainly possible for it to happen super soon!

I think it depends how far along you were and was it natural passing or not. I nad a MC at 8 weeks and it was passed naturally and I had my ovulation 2 weeks after I stopped bleeding, 3 weeks from my MC.
