Best slow flow bottles??

My daughter is 2.5 weeks old and I’m having a hard time finding a bottle that works well for her. I nurse her and pump and when she uses a bottle a lot leaks out of her mouth and she always ends up spitting up a lot and often even has milk coming out of her nose too. 
None of that ever happens from just nursing. I’ve tried 4 or 5 different bottles and still it happens. I am pretty sure that the nipples are just too fast. Does anybody have any recommendations for slow flow bottles??

Most bottle brands sell slower nipples. We used the preemie flow for Avent Natural. I’ve been told the Dr. Brown’s preemie nipples are even slower. Make sure you’re pace feeding to protect your breastfeeding relationship.

We used Tommee Tippee with the 0 (preemie) nipple. It worked well for us. She's 6 months and we've only ever gone up to the 1 nipple. I think paced feeding is also super important at that young age.

The kiinde slow have worked really well for us. We had a sketchy breastfeeding ability before we started using them, and he is actually way better nursing now. I have no idea if the two are related, but perhaps worth a try at least 🤷🏼‍♀️

Have you tried changing the nipple size? Most default to size one but we use "premie" size with my 12week old.
