Back pain

So for the past 2 weeks I've been having neg and pos tests I'm now 23 days late cycle day 59 still not a clear pos test doctors wont see have tried 4 times to get in.

However the past 3 days I've had really bad high stomach and back pain on my right side it's now mostly in my back has anybody else had something like this.

It feels like a really bad stabbing and pressure pain xx
