Been having this come out in bits for the last week and a half and have been cramping.. 33 weeks pregnant not sure what it is as never had this with my first

Nothing to worry about. Been having that since about 12 weeks (I’m 22 now). As long as there is no blood, you’re good.

You can lose bits and pieces of your mucus plug and it regenerates by itself but of it has a little blood mixed with it that means you lost all of it and depending on baby , baby can come a week or a couple weeks after

Mucus plug. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Women can lose bits of it and regrow it or even lose bits in the third trimester and labor is still weeks away. Mention it to your doctor though.
