4am wake up

Anyone else waking up at the same time every single morning. For the past week or 2 my body wakes me up at 4am on the dot. Too early to feel baby yet but wondering if they might be the culprit 🤷‍♀️ I'm 14 weeks 5 days but baby have been measuring 3 days bigger 😁
