If you’re worried go to the Dr or an urgent care girl, we’re not doctors. That being said I’m a dental hygienist, and it looks like maybe you have a tonsil stone? You may have irritated the tissues back there as well. A herpes outbreak is terribly painful, the first outbreak. You’d have bright red areas possibly with blistering. Lastly, please be more careful, I’m guessing you’re pretty young. Be choosy about who gets to have your body.

Bumps on the back of your tongue feel back there are normal. And that looks like a tonsil stone. Try to take something and poke at the stone and see if it falls out. I've also had white bumps on my tonsils and they were keratin cysts and they made my tonsil sore.

Those are tonsil stones. They are from bacteria getting trapped in the pockets of your tonsils. Gargle warm salt water twice a day. You can also gently remove them with a Q tip, but be careful not to poke to hard and damage the tonsil.
